Arts Humboldt, with generous support from the Humboldt Co-op and 107.5 Bolt FM/Discover Humboldt, is excited to be able to bring Jeffery Straker's "A Very Prairie Christmas" show to Humboldt! Joined by backing musicians (including his sister Jill), Jeffery will be performing two sets of classic Christmas music with his own distinctive vocal and piano flavor. Humboldt's own Lady Friday will open the show. This will be a great show for family, for friends, and for colleagues to get together in the Christmas spirit!

- Thurs., Dec. 19 at the Humboldt Legion Hall (324 Main Street).
- Tickets are $30 ($15 for youth 15 and under) and available at the Humboldt Co-op C-Store.
- Rush seating (unless a table of 10 has been reserved).
- Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the music begins shortly after 7:00 p.m.
- A table of 10 for $250 can be reserved by contacting Brian Grest at 231-8284.
- Desserts will be served between Jeffery's sets (included in ticket price)
- This is a licensed event (cash bar)
- The Arts Humboldt "Christmas Cheer" basket raffle draw will take place (tickets can be bought prior to and during this event)
- a 50-50 draw will also be held (tickets sold only at this event)
Jeffery Straker is a Saskatchewan-born-and-raised singer/songwriter/pianist/recording artist. You may have seen Jeffery and his sister Jill co-hosting Telemiracle the past few years, may have heard some of Jeffery's original music on Bolt FM or other radio stations, or maybe even have one or more of his 10 CD releases in your collection. Jeffery will be back from a 12-date concert tour of the UK to perform his Christmas shows.
This year, Jeffery's annual Christmas show includes shows at Casino Regina, Lloydminster's Vic Juba Theater, and The Bassment in Saskatoon. We are very excited to be able to add Humboldt to the list of destinations in 2024, and hope you will consider attending this fantastic concert event!
