Humboldt & District Museum & Gallery

Have you ever wondered why food spoils?

Learn about how and why food decay happens in this quirky and engaging exhibition. Step inside an oversized pantry to discover why food goes bad, as well as the role scientific innovation plays in keeping food fresh, nutritious and safe for as long as possible.

Produced by the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum in Ottawa, this exhibition has traveled to communities across Canada as part of the Museum’s national food literacy programming. This project has been made possible by the Government of Canada Museum Assistance Program's Exhibition Circulation Fund. On display at the Museum until March 18.
